The Ryan Firm is an organization that offers opportunities for individuals to grow both professionally and personally. I initially worked with this firm from 2010-2017, and returned in 2020, as a part-time employee.  I joined The Ryan Firm to fulfill the File Clerk position and this Firm provided the opportunity to evolve into a senior Legal Assistant, at one point assigned to assist all office attorneys.

This Firm provides clear and concise training at all levels of employment. I enjoy the consistency in mentorship that has encouraged my own growth in various areas primarily with my organizational skills, writing skills, technical skills, multi-tasking, and training new employees to name a few.  Getting immersed with ongoing matters presents new challenges with learning opportunities. This high paced environment leaves no room for mundane minutes or tasks. This office works to tackle civil litigation issues as a team.
