The Ryan Firm is an organization that offers opportunities for individuals to grow both professionally and personally. I initially worked with this firm from 2010-2017, and returned in 2020, as a part-time employee. I joined The Ryan Firm to fulfill the File Clerk position and this Firm provided the opportunity to evolve into a senior Legal Assistant, at one point assigned to assist all office attorneys.
This Firm provides clear and concise training at all levels of employment. I enjoy the consistency in mentorship that has encouraged my own growth in various areas primarily with my organizational skills, writing skills, technical skills, multi-tasking, and training new employees to name a few. Getting immersed with ongoing matters presents new challenges with learning opportunities. This high paced environment leaves no room for mundane minutes or tasks.
